Exercise: My neighbor and I walked from our house up to the park, around the track twice and then back home. It was a beautiful day and I got some great photos. Snack: Lärabar - Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dinner: Leftover Mom's Burgers, 0.5 cup - Sautéed Mushrooms - Homemade, Roasted Potatoes Dessert: Naturally Flavored - Sugar Free Lemon Lime Gelatin Exercise: My husband and I were going to walk through old town but his back was hurting him so he went back to the car. Apparently, after taking my weight and blood pressure when I woke up, I just didn't exist. I have no data in MyFitnessPal, no photos and I don't remember what I did or ate that day.
