Snack: Lärabar - Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dinner: Leftover Pork Chop Dinner Exercise: After church, my husband and I went to Five Below. I'm going to count this as a little exercise since it's more activity than I had been doing. Gotta start somewhere... Whole30 Day 10 - Monday, April 10thBP: 148/80 Breakfast: Egg Pies with onion & chia seeds, 3 serving Lunch: Celery- 2 stalks, Tuna- Canned Albacore, 0.5 container, Natural Applesauce 0.5 c, and Planters Nut-rition Wholesome Nut Mix (9.75 oz Container), 4 ounce Dinner: Pork Chop Dinner, Homemade Sautéed Mushrooms & Onions Dessert: Larabar - Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Exercise: My son dropped me off at Walmart while he went to Lord Fairfax Community College to take a test... he was gone an hour and 45 minutes! And then later this afternoon, I walked for 40 minutes with my son and our neighbor through our neighborhood. Whole30 Day 11 - Tuesday, April 11th
